Decided it did not look unfinished because they were no connections in the metals and the building was too skinny to support itself. I thickened is up and added metal sheets to the building.
Overall, it was interesting to see how much tiling I could get away with.  Almost all of it is a tile, except for props.

Spent about two week on this environment.

An art test where we were given a concept sketch and we could go bananas. I went with a loan shark company where they are hiding behind an 'apartment' to do business. I went with a chinese restaurant style because of the bright colors they often use. I wanted it to be more than a building I wanted it to be a building with personality. (top left) Sketch that was given. (top right) original sketch I did of building. (middle) render following the concept sketch.

Blarg turned into a 12k tri creature that I dynameshed then retopologized. Baked down the high poly scuplt(below) with the low poly scuplt(top). Overall it was a ton of fun. Planning on creating another character soon.

A room in the style of Luigi's mansion. This would be the camera you would see the room from. Creating LOD for this scene at the moment.

Working on a snowy environment. I'm going to take the cabin into ZBrush. Had alot of fun creating the trees. Thinking about trying LOD on them. Once I get the cabin Zbrushed I'll get the lighting down

New version of Blarg. Went in and worked out more of the anatomy which made him look very different. Also tried to give him more of a personality. I'm extremely excited about creating a Zbrush sculpt of him.
Working on a new creature. Working out how he will get around. This is first version. I feel he isn't exactly what I want just yet.

He is a Blarg. A monster that stores lava in it's gut then spews it on it's prey.
